The event is limited to 50 top-level executives who will ‘train’ with America’s finest military elite through an intensive and powerful, one-of-a-kind immersive experience.
An extremely visual opportunity for media coverage includes 5 shooting stations, sponsored by New Hampshire-based SIG SAUER, where guests will receive individualized instruction on the proper use of handguns, rifles, tanks, and machine guns infused with the best military training principles.
The training themes include facing hostile entities, operating under the extreme stress of military situations, and how to overcome adversity when the odds are stacked against you.

18th Annual Matt Light Celebrity Shoot-Out
Media availability: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
One of the premier clay shooting tournaments in the country. Since its inception in 2004, the event has raised more than $9 million for the Light Foundation.
The Hot Shot Contest kicks off the event in the morning with celebrities and veterans pitted against one another in a handgun competition. This always makes for a highly competitive experience and a great visual!
The event includes a 15-round skeet shooting competition, handgun range, 3D archery, lakeside fly fishing, axe-throwing, a mobile shooting simulator, a host of exhibits from wood cutting to musket shooting, gourmet dining, an after-party, a live and silent auction, and a fireworks finale that rival most 4th of July public displays.
Nearly 500 attendees will enjoy breakfast provided by Dunkin Donuts; lunch by local celebrity chef Vincent Lombardi of The Lyons Group Restaurant Group; appetizers courtesy of The Sausage Guy and Chef Rachel Klein and Aramark/Lifespan; dinner by The Capital Grille; cocktails, wine, and beer by KEEL Vodka, Harpoon Brewery, Fit Vine, and The Boston Harbor Distillery.
Rolling Stogies will once again park its signature mobile cigar lounge tent-side to supply the event with premium cigar options, and Cardi’s Furniture will provide outdoor seating for guests.
The after-party features live music from The Sultans before Light takes the stage to run an unforgettable live auction with help from actor-comedian Lenny Clarke. The day will be capped off by a customized firework display via American Fireworks – known for its stunning displays in major cities around the country.
The 18th annual Celebrity Shoot Out is made possible by a partnership with Rockport Mortgage and notable sponsors Smith & Wesson, the J. Derenzo Charitable Foundation, Putnam Investments, Santoro Oil, Eastern Propane, Ruger, Douglas A. King Builders, Savage Arms, Sig Sauer, NEI General Contracting, Tom Niedermeyer, Silicon Valley Bank, Mossberg, Enbridge, Hasbro, Unilock and Talking Rain/Sparkling Ice.
In the past, notable attendees have included: former New England Patriots Tom Brady, Rob Gronkowski, Rob Ninkovich, Julian Edelman, Marcus Cannon, Nate Solder, Sebastian Vollmer, Ryan Wendell, and Stephen Gostkowski, Pro Football Hall-of-Famers, top world shooters, top chefs, musicians, TV stars, reality stars, and U.S. Olympians.
